I like TundraRacing.com's lowering kits, but that's only because I've reviewed one of their kits. Bilstein kits are always nice too. I don't have a specific recommendation, but I would suggest you call TundraRacing.com and get their perspective...the owner their is a pretty sharp guy.

As for the best exhaust, that's a matter of opinion. If money is no object, my suggestion would be to invest in a complete cat back system paired with a set of headers. JBA and Gibson both offer headers for the 02 that have been matched with one of their custom cat-back systems.

Finally, I've heard nothing about 02 4.7's blowing up due to superchargers. I think there are a lot of rumors, but every tech I know swears by TRD superchargers and says they never cause problems.
