TundraNetwork

A social network for Tundra owners

Last night I went out after work and hit downtown San Rafael. My friend saved me a spot on the street....couldn't fit though. I went around the block and decided to try a bank parking lot. No spots in there. The bad part: I couldn't get back out because of the curbs by the access gate and those lovely yellow poles. I ended up getting wedged and when I tried to back up and try again I was a mere 2 inches from losing my driver side panel for the bed. Their poles and key code box would have been gone too. Fortunately I found someone that could direct me back til I could straighten up and exit through the entrance. Long bed and city just dont mix....Needless to say I had a few mixed drinks to make up for the fiasco of nearly losing it.

That was too close. Trust me I just got mine back for the 2nd time at the auto body place just trying to get it corrected. I wasn't drinking, heck I wasn't even in the truck when it happened to me but boy did I tip back a few afterwards when I got home.
