Thanks for that Heart felt welcome. Glad to be somewhere that's not anti-toyota. I'm also glad to know i'm not the only one that has a white tundra. I think there's only 2 white ones in the local area and maybe only 200 tundra or…

Thanks for that Heart felt welcome. Glad to be somewhere that's not anti-toyota. I'm also glad to know i'm not the only one that has a white tundra. I think there's only 2 white ones in the local area and maybe only 200 tundra or less in the tri-county area. We're swimming in a sea of Chevy and Fords. At least we're swimming and not sinking. LOL. I don't mean to bash'em since i'm a recent GMC convert. Again, thanks for the welcome and let the good times roll
I sanded the tail light with 600gt, used VHT Night Shades it's just a pre-mixed spray can. you can see the difference in my before and after pics. one coat doesn't really do to much. i did 3 coats in the end, made them darker but still able to see the color of the tail light.
I'll get a better shot of the grill from the side so you can see the details. You can also go to their web site grillecraft.com. Not that I'm endorsing them or anything but I didn't want a billet grille. They just look outdated. Billet is old school to me. There is nothing old school about the new Tundra.
I notice the "chopper" noise in my Highlander if I don't crack the back windows slightly. I'll have to see if the inner deflector moves the next time I drive it but I also have the outer plastic and your truck doesn't. Wouldn't that be something if the extra piece causes the wind noise somehow? LOL
No - I didn't get all the bells and whistles in the SR5 and wasn't looking for it much in a truck. They are nice features in my other Toyota/Lexus though! The recirc does what I want in those....but they are also older year models. Should have left well enough alone but I can't complain b/c the Tundra is pretty solid for everything else I've needed it for. Any new mods coming up for yours?
