G-town!!! Possibly a ride coming out your way in August is being scheduled. If I'm in TX in time, hope to meet you if you can make it.

Keeping your foot off the floor will also help to keep the dogs safely in the bed of the truck. ha ha ha

Great!! You've reminded me I need to post my accomplishment of 19MPG the other morning on the way to work. It sure helps when you keep your foot off the floor. ;-)

Welcome, Rick. Your MPG does seem a bit low so start monitoring your acceleration and speed a bit to see how you can improve it. I'm thinking you should be able to get around 17 MPG. I have a DC 4x4 Long Bed and usually fill up every 315 miles.…

LOL you guys are bad. I actually have seen the gains with the CAI/Catback and once I proved my investment was worth it, I started hitting it just to run people into the slow lane. It's brutal when you get beside an 18-wheeler and let it rip!!!!!

I have a problem with CIA when it gets loud I push the gas more. So I never noticed a gain with CIA but its fun as hell!!!

You're the first I've heard no improvement with a cover. Wow! if you like quiet don't bother changing anything. Plus I think most of us who have added CAI and catback make sure at some point we drop the MPG to 3 or so just to hear…
