I jackknifed a trailer, and it dented my bumper as well.  These bumpers are horribly weak. I am looking for a new one as well.

Its not bad or anything, but I did notice that the pedal action was a bit more "slippery" feeling, for the lack of a better term- both depressing and releasing the pedal. It will grow on me I'm sure, but I'm pretty observant of…

I had my recall done today, mostly because it was raining and I was bored. It took all of 10 minutes and I watched the tech do it. I even got to hold the little shim before he put it in. It was about the size of a nickel, except it was square. The…

I won't be buying any GM or Chrysler vehicles any time soon either. If I had to buy a vehicle from one of the big three, it would be Ford, just because they have paid back their bailout money. I also read somewhere that the manufacturer of the…

I havn't done much investigation on the matter, but I heard about an article in a major newspaper where the Obama administration had talked with Toyota and they put pressure on Toyota to do something about this "problem" with the gas…

My 2007 still has the original wiper blades that came from the factory and they still work like new. It might help that I live in Alabama, and I park in a garage.

Hi Ray I still have the JBA system up on a shelf in my shop. It is a system that did not require any cutting of the factory exhaust system. It just had to be unbolted at the two flanges right behind the cats. So I was able to reinstall the factory…

Corsa is hands down the best sounding one that I have heard on the Tundra. It is also one of the most pricey. One thing that I would be careful about is to find a system that maintains some level of back pressure. I installed a single outlet wide…

Rear bumper destroyed

I just backed my '07 into a power pole, so now I am in the market for a rear bumper. The factory bumper crumpled up like a tin can. I had to remove it so that I could open the tailgate without denting it. It is so light that I can hold it out at arms length with one hand! The only thing that saved my tailgate was the trailer hitch. If I had hit the pole on the other side of the frame rail, then I would have broken out the tail light, and been looking at a bedside caved in. A direct bumper…See More
