It's the timing chain, and it's a common noise, no need to worry about it, I've seen over 200,000 miles on these motors already with the same noise. It's more prevalent in the big V-8 because it's a much beefier chain. :)
You need to first disable Trac by tapping the button once, then you press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to disable VSC or Vehicle Stability Control
