I was thinking about replacing my stock headlights, with brighter 1's. Any suggestions on witch 1's I should get. What about H9 or H11 bulbs, and what name brand should I go for. I don't want blue lights, I'm looking for more of a bright white light, or a ultra white light.

HID's are the way to go. There are many brands out there but the main thing you need to make sure of is that their kits include a ballast with the lights. If you're wanting a pure white light then you're going to want a 5000~5300K HID. These are as pure white as you can go.
What about the HID's that are more of a blue color? Do I need to buy ballasts for the low and high beam or will one ballast per side do the job?
I can get you a set oh 6000k HID 99$ per pair 2 year warranty
Is that the whole kit are just the light bulbs.
