Chances For a New Tundra
Last night while watching trick my truck The man who was getting his trucked re done owned a Dodge 3500. If your not familiar with the show, while the person is getting there truck over done they get a loaner, the loaner they gave him was a Hino truck, it looked just like a Toyota CrewMax except it had a diesel in it. Im not sure that if the boys from trick my truck did it themselves but it looked nice and maybe they will be in production soon. I have googled it many times with different key words every time and havent seen it again, but there is still hope.

Sorry to burst your bubble Cris, but there is absolutely no way toyota will develop a diesel 1/2 or 3/4 ton truck in the next few years with all the negative publicity and billions in lawsuits to follow thanks in large part to the govt. creating a mockery of toyota in the news. I don't care what anybody says, now that GM and Chrysler are owned by the govt., the govt. has a vested interest in doing anything possible to keep gm and chrysler alive even if it means taking down toyota with crap accusations of all kinds. No need to go into details, we all know the issues the govt. is crapping on toyota with the past few months.
