I have a 07 tundra which I just had a supercharger installed by local toyota dealership. Has less than 20 miles since installed and it keeps blowing lights. Engine light will flash( says cylinder 1 misfire) 4lo light comes on as well as VSC light comes on and you cannot cannot turn it off or on by pushing the button. Took It back to dealer yesterday and I guess they just cleared the codes because the first time I punched it after picking up same thing happened again. Anyone have any Ideas? Going to take back to dealership, but questioning if they know what is going on and how to fix it.

Ouch! That's a touchy one. I personally would keep working directly with that dealership. They are supposed to be certified and approved to do the SC install. There's no reason you should have to question anything, especially as much as that set you back financially.
Sorry for the late response but that happened to me too but I didn't have a supercharger on it. Does it sometimes flash two gears at the same time? Because I had the same problem, and when I brought it to my dealership they ran a diag and pulled up a TSB on it and it was because I had some mud in the trailer electronics connector cover.
